Free The Girls is a registered 501(c)(3) and our mission lies beyond exiting interventions or acute aftercare; we are dedicated to addressing key causes of vulnerability - isolation and poverty - that often led to exploitation in the first place. We do this in partnership with organizations on the ground in El Salvador, Costa Rica, Mexico, Honduras, and Zambia doing the hard work of reintegration with these women. We help provide economic independence and healing-centered care, further limiting their risk of falling vulnerable to future exploitation. Not only for themselves, but also for their children. The ripple effects are amazing.
