About this campaign
CultureWorks and Bonfire have collaborated to offer this limited edition design during the 4th annual artoberVA, a month-long celebration of arts and culture in Richmond and the Tri-Cities area each October.
In celebration of artoberVA, Bonfire worked with three local Richmond artists – Emily Herr, Mickael Broth, and Wingchow – to bring their interpretation of “what it means to be part of the Richmond community” to life. Each artist created a piece of artwork based on this prompt, and has transformed them into limited edition t-shirt designs with the help of Bonfire.
All proceeds raised from these campaigns benefit nonprofits. The proceeds from this design benefit Emily Herr’s chosen nonprofit, RVA Makers, and CultureWorks.
For a chance to win the artwork that inspired this design, follow Bonfire on Instagram and be on the lookout for a giveaway opportunity.

Emily’s design is a collage featuring art made by people in Richmond and shared in the RVA Makers’ Facebook Group. She wanted to gather all of the creativity around Richmond, bring it together, and explore what is being built around us by the community. She wants us all to ask one another, “What are you working on?”
