About this campaign
We are the West Family and we are excited to be following God's calling to grow our family through adoption.
We have been matched with a baby boy, due in May.
The expenses that adoption comes with are many.... but the cost our family would incur by NOT obeying our Father's call would be much greater. Our hope is in Him and His faithfulness - We are confident that He will "fund what He favors".
We believe that adoption is close to God's heart and that it's a beautiful way for a community to come together and give a child a loving home. The Bible has many verses that tell us to care for the orphans (James 1:27 is a good starting point). Scripture tells us that God “sets the lonely in families” (Psalm 68:6). Our other reasons include living out our pro-life convictions and making a long term commitment to welcome a child into our home and keeping them from a broken foster care system.
