The Unjustly Served Foundation works to ensure that survivors are heard, believed, supported, and never forgotten. Through our ACCESS, B.A.R.E.S., and T.I.E.S. initiatives, we help veterans navigate claims and available resources, advocate for stronger systems of accountability, and promote trauma-informed education and standards.
Our current campaign is helping send the Unjustly Served Foundation to Washington, DC, where our team will meet with legislators, policymakers, and veteran-service leaders to build support for B.A.R.E.S.?the Behavioral Accountability Reporting Education System. B.A.R.E.S. is a proposed national framework designed to document and preserve critical information, connect fragmented systems, identify patterns, strengthen independent review, and help prevent repeated harm.
Proceeds from merchandise sales will help offset the costs of our Washington advocacy efforts, including travel, lodging, local transportation, educational materials, and outreach. Every purchase helps us carry the voices of survivors to the people with the authority to create meaningful change.
When you wear Unjustly Served Foundation merchandise, you do more than display a logo. You help raise awareness, start conversations, stand with survivors, and show that accountability strengthens readiness?and readiness strengthens the force.
Thank you for helping us take this mission to Washington and move the legislative path forward.
